Your first appointment
Welcome to your Initial Consultation!
This visit is designed to help us gain a thorough understanding of your health and determine how we can best support your goals.
Your chiropractor will begin by reviewing your detailed health history and discussing any concerns, symptoms, or questions you may have. From there, we will perform a series of INSiGHT Neurological Scans to assess how your nervous system is functioning and adapting to stress.
Next, you will complete a comprehensive physical examination, which may include posture analysis, range of motion testing, orthopaedic and neurological assessments, muscle testing, weight distribution analysis, and a spinal examination. Once your assessment is complete, you can also expect to receive your first chiropractic adjustment during this visit.
INSiGHT Neurological Scans
and what they tell us
The neuroPULSE, neuroCORE, and neuroTHERMAL technology are the three INSiGHT Neurological Scans that we use at our office. These scans allow us to accurately view 3 types of information on how your body functions.
The neuroPulse INSiGHT HRV graph
represents how much reserve that patient has to adapt to daily and eventful stressors. This scan is done through looking at your heart rate variability over the course of 3 minute.s
The neuroCORE Surface EMG
scans the neurology that maintains posture and spinal movements. Spinal imbalance and chronic subluxations (vertebral dysfunction) create neuromuscular exhaustion over time. This scan pinpoints reactive and exhausted neuromuscular areas & detects emerging patterns and asymmetries in developing children. This scan is done by taking readings of your spine over the course of 2 minutes.
The neuroTHERMAL scanning technology
detects patterns of unbalanced temperature regulation. This is a regional autonomic function mediated by the sympathetic motor nerves. Thermographic scanning expands the chiropractic story beyond the spine by exploring the deeper nerve connections that control organs and glands and skin temperature. This scan is done by taking readings of your spine over the course of 2 minutes.

To help make care accessible for families, we offer reduced rates for infants, children (under 16), and seniors (55+), while standard adult rates apply to patients between the ages of 16 and 55.
